Background
When Sam was six months old, his mother was killed in his nursery by a demon. His father became obsessed with hunting down and killing the demon and raised his sons to be hunters as well.

Sam is in Milieux pre-canon. His father tired of listening to him complain about hunting and wanting a normal life and finally agreed to send him to boarding school.
