Background
Piper grew up in San Francisco, the second born daughter of Patty Halliwell and Victor Bennett. Victor left when she was very young and her mother died soon after. Since then, she was raised by her grandmother, Penny Halliwell, having no knowledge of her wiccan ancestry. While her sisters Phoebe and Prue were more outgoing, Piper was shy and introverted. She was often stuck in the middle of her sisters' squabbles.
She has a natural talent for cooking.
Where Canon and Piper go separate ways
When Piper was seventeen, she attended Fandom High, along with her sister Phoebe. While there, they learned of their half-sister Paige as well as their wiccan ancestry. Once their powers manifested, they became known as the Charmed Ones. Piper had a lot of friends there, including Veronica Mars, her very best friend. The two even lived in the same apartment for years after graduation.
She attended USC where she received a business degree. She attended a restaurant school somewhere in the San Francisco Bay Area sometime after college.
She was happily involved with Leo Wyatt until they defied the Elders by attempting to get married. He was taken away from her and she hasn't seen him since. About six months after he was taken away, her eldest sister Prue was killed during a demon attack. Piper really hasn't been the same since these two events occurred.
In Milieux
She moved to Milieux after checking on her younger sister, Phoebe, who was going through a bad time. Piper liked it and decided to stay. She has lived at #42 Blueberry Hill the entire time she has lived in town. She has also opened a restaurant and sometimes teaches.
