The Bates motel is just up Greenway from Town Hall, between where Yellow Brick Road and Evergreen Terrace intersect with Greenway. It consists of 15 clean and simple rooms (magic finger beds included!), manager's office, and a parking lot. Rooms are available at short and long term rates. A perfectly normal and pleasant NPC Manager lives in the big house up on the hill, he also loves to fish. He sells hand tied fly lures on the side... Hence the name. Really.
